I'm sick (but thankfully not as sick as Shannon), and I'm heading out to play a concert tonight.

I'm sure Mrs. Hoffman can 'witch doctor' you up...pay attention to what she gives you, though, and let me know. She seems to have a lot more knowledge of herbs than I do :-P
She gave me all kinds of stuff, and never gave a clear answer on what it was. A and E, I think, as well as the ever-present B and calcium. I've been taking zinc and C from our home stock, and lots of water. I hate sickness :-|
